Everyone's Reactions

You can really feel Lala-san and Mari-chan's relationship inching closer to 'true love.' Seeing Mari-chan watching Lala-san the whole time, plus their promise depicted on the end card, just tugs at your heartstrings. Even though the time limit for turning into bubbles is creeping up, I felt such a huge sense of relief when they made it back in time for the match. The animation of the rice was so warm and appetizing, it looked delicious. I'm still a bit unsure about the witch's status, but seeing the prince trip over himself so much makes me think there's still a chance he could turn into a mermaid. This episode without the C-part has a strong finale vibe, and I'm excited to see what steps Lala-san takes next as she searches for love on land.
