Misaki-chan got a little teary-eyed thanks to the warmth of Tetsuryo-kai... A heartfelt episode that really hits home with the struggles of working!

Everyone's Reactions

This episode focuses on Misaki-chan working to save up for her travels, and as the title suggests, it really drives home how tough working can be. I love what Tenma-san commented: "Your weaknesses can become a bridge to connect with others." It’s such a great line. The production team seriously tackled the money issue, leading to a flood of FX warriors springing up from that "Alright, let's do FX!" moment. Seeing college students traveling all over Japan every week made me wonder where their money comes from, and this episode gives a satisfyingly realistic answer. It’s so refreshing to get advice on the express train attendant interview and daily tasks directly from current staff at Seibu Railway’s headquarters—that kind of authenticity is unique to original anime. I think Misaki-chan feels a bit more at ease now that she’s met such a kind senior. Also, the novelization is coming out on December 18th—how exciting! I’m curious about what tone Morita Kisetsu will bring to Tetsuryo!
