Watching Lala work at the bakery was so heartwarming, especially that moment when she finally felt accepted by her coworkers over just one cookie. Even with her grueling 13-day streak, the way they honestly apologize, laugh, and forgive each other naturally conveyed their love for working. The scene with Mari-chan in the extra seat of the Shinkansen was also incredibly sweet, highlighting their adorable closeness. Lala’s perspective—knowing that even detours lead to the right destination—combined with the gorgeous animation of the cakes and yakiniku, left both our hearts and stomachs satisfied.
