I totally get the urge to shout, "Why did they change your outfit?" There are so many voices saying they just want to keep the cat-ear vest. Even the pianist's dress is faithfully recreated from the manga, which makes you want to say, "You didn't really need to go that far with the details." The rule that you have to survive the first episode for the rules to be revealed feels like a game where the instruction manual is hidden in the final stage's treasure chest—it’s a bit tough on the players. Once we realize that world is actually the future, and they’re fighting to avoid it, the theme of "connections" suddenly feels much heavier. Amamiya is called the "Ice Queen," but it seems there’s another side to her when viewed through Kazama’s eyes. I really need to rewatch her conversation with Ageha in the next episode properly.
