I really felt like that 'Nothing much' ending in the finale perfectly captured Yane Neko's world. Having the OP play over everyday life as it wraps up? Total masterpiece energy. The landlord and Hame-nyan’s epic deathmatch had me on edge, but seeing all the residents sing 'Nothing much' together at the end was just so perfect. There were moments that made me want to yell 'Too much fetish destroyer!', but everything just clicked. Looks like the Blu-ray BOX is scheduled for October 2026, so we can rewatch all 12 episodes again—awesome. I probably won’t be able to wait though. The little details, like the warnings when eating dandelions or the scene where they say 'buy as many crepes as you want,' brought back that cozy, everyday warmth of the finale.
