When I found out Neural Talkie was covering 'Nan mo Nee' for the OP and Wasurenante Yo had 'Kemuri to Blue' for the ED, I literally froze in front of my screen. The special OP is full of beeps, making you naturally want to yell, 'Can it get even messier?' It’s such a fun touch from the creators, especially paired with Ka-chan from last week. Also, that deer sound was insane! Knowing that the Deer King is actually a huge senior adds a whole new layer when you rewatch. I felt a bit bad for Tatsuro-sensei getting arrested in his debut episode when he got asked, 'What did you do?' It made me laugh. I’m a little sad to hear it’s ending next week, but the vibe of 'It’s lonely, but I’ll keep doing what I need to' really resonates with me.
