Episode 3

Everyone's Reactions

They said the title would be resolved in episode 3, and I didn't expect 'The Smoke Mask' to literally become the theme of that episode—the pacing is so smooth it caught me off guard. The Chameleon Mask’s effect isn’t just limited to the wearer; it also affects anyone who touches them. That’s such a cool setting, and I’m sure lots of things will happen because of it. There’s this young guy who gets overwhelmed by the Smoke Mask’s presence, but he comes to help or tries selling masks on the street, and his slightly annoying vibe is actually kind of charming. Also, MAN WITH A MISSION’s 'Firestarter' is the OP theme, and there’s going to be an MV for it! I heard the Arabian-style BGM fits the manga well, so my expectations for the music are really high now. The moment I found out about the Level 5 Mask, I started wondering why the master created such a dangerous mask in the first place, which makes me a little worried about what’s coming next.
