The protagonist losing an arm in episode 2? I totally get that feeling of "Wait, seriously? Is this really how it's going to go?" when I noticed Pel’s right arm was already gone on the official site. And the final boss-looking guy getting instantly defeated? That’s the kind of thing that just leaves you speechless. Even though it’s an afternoon anime, having the heroine fall into darkness with a cruel past is surprisingly heavy for just episode 2. Watching TNT on WatchPark, their slightly clumsy live commentary was oddly cute, and listening to Handa-kun and the others chat made me feel like I could get swept up in the excitement too. Next episode, they seem to meet the mysterious man Mok in a lively town—can’t wait to see what kind of vibe that’ll have!
