Episode 5

The plot really gets under Naosumi's skin, and the sudden school song performance kicks up the energy! And get this—Katsuki Yokoyama even gave vocal direction!

Everyone's Reactions

I was surprised by how suddenly everyone burst into singing the school song, but it was so heartwarming to hear both Toko and Naosumi joining in. Plus, knowing that Katsuki Yokoyama composed the music and even provided vocal guidance during the pre-recording makes you realize just how much love the staff put into this. The siblings were really getting hammered, especially with the little sister being targeted, so I was on edge the whole time. The sight of the town in ruins was pretty shocking too. Naosumi-kun's anxiety and turmoil were beautifully highlighted by Takato Kajiwara's acting, making me realize how tense things can get even within the school setting. With the mastermind teacher and the chaotic enemy forces really starting to move, it's hard to look away from what happens next. Oh, and the end card was done by Yoshizumi Yasuda—always a treat since I look forward to those every episode. Can't wait for the next one!
