With the Misima Mall activated and a school barrier in place, the cool vibes of Ao and Daichi are boosted by Eros's strength, making this episode's visuals absolutely stunning!
Lots of people were raving about Ao's art, and honestly, Daichi as a human was so cool I couldn't look away. The reveal of the Misima Mall's secret and the school barrier setup really highlighted Eros's power, keeping the pace brisk and the episode super satisfying. Lonely Teacher Iwaki delivered his usual solid wisdom, and I'm already curious about what the mayor and Yukio are up to. It was a huge relief to see the mall residents evacuate safely as the kaiju attack and awakening moments overlapped. I'm excited for next episode, but I can't take my eyes off how Eros and the mayor's relationship will develop.
