Seeing Horned Rem being so strong and cool like a demon god really warms my heart. Inori Minami’s crazy acting power is amazing, but I’m also super curious about how she recorded her long monologue this time. I really love the scene where both sisters laugh at once when they realize their childhood horns have finally broken. Rem was embarrassed, but it feels like Ram was relieved to be freed from her sense of invincibility—it’s such a heartwarming moment. And Subaru’s casual comment in Rem’s episode about how "Rem can just take care of the horns" gets perfectly paid off here as the sisters transform into demon gods and fight. The foreshadowing is spot on! Rai’s departure was also top-tier; I want to shout that I’ve never seen such a satisfying, god-tier episode before. All I could say was "breathtaking." I also saw tweets from the animation directors and key animators who worked on this episode, and it made me want to applaud them for putting so much passion into creating such a high-energy episode together.
