A hilariously chaotic mix of beams, the Water Goddess, and robots, all underscored by the powerful, heart-pounding ED theme composed by Masaaki Endo!
The special ending featured Masaaki Endo's "Theme of Ganbaruze," and the chorus hit so hard it felt like a brand-new anime was starting. The blend of the Water Goddess, beams, and robots was adorable, especially with the cheeky "This is definitely not a robot anime!" comment. It was such a diverse and fun episode. I was also intrigued by Sasaki's story about switching to a smartphone and the cool, DARA-mode vibe of the older sister. But honestly, those wildly passionate, slightly unhinged visuals are what make me want to rewatch it over and over. The combo of lyricist Tomotsuka and composer Endo-nii is wonderfully over-the-top and entertaining, making me excited for what's next. I heard the non-credit version of the special ED is out too, so I'm really hoping to hear that theme again soon!
