The cat-dragon fireworks in the finale gave me actual goosebumps. The food looked amazing, and while I was like 'What is Neko-toku??', I found myself getting more and more hooked into that world. The Cat-Dragon’s twitchy smile was serving looks, and watching Monarca struggle made my heart ache a bit. I’m also curious about the rumors of the Feathered Uncle’s mental finale. And then, Season 2 is officially confirmed! It’s set to air in 2027, right? Getting the ADR cast photo with their 'Thank you' message, followed immediately by the 'Season 2!' announcement, was just perfect. Seeing illustrations from Director Ozing, Chiaki Kurai, and Rie Nishino lined up together really conveyed how much fun the staff had, which brought a tear to my eye. The comments from Mai Okuma and Izumi Sasaki were lovely too—the vibe of both the original creators and the anime team celebrating together felt so warm. I’m a bit worried if I can wait until 2027, but I’m really looking forward to seeing the cats again.
