Rudeus actually died, and the fact that he couldn't even hold onto his own organs was just too shocking. He’s supposed to have massive mana, yet it wasn’t enough—it left me frozen in place thinking, "Wait, is this really how it ends?" Roxy, who always brought that cozy warmth, gave a deadpan headshake, and seeing her felt like I’d just read a tweet saying, "Yeah, no more fluff," which hit right in the feels. The twist of Rumaus coming from the future to kill him and lower his karma value is one of those moments where you want to laugh because it’s so Tom & Jerry-esque, but you can’t quite bring yourself to. Plus, today marks the late-night anime finale, with the "Diary" arc starting next week. Just seeing the old man sitting alone in the ED already made me feel like I’m going to have to sit down and read carefully next time. It’s kinda scary.
