Stanley getting sucked into the Loki he developed himself really hit home. It’s so cruel to have your life taken by something you created, and I totally get why Freya feels even more pain than usual. The alternating emotions were breathtaking: the heart-wrenching "I've always admired your strength," the fiery passion of "Behold our true power," and the quiet finality of "It is over. Vanish from here." It all came together perfectly. Watching Ash fall helplessly into the sky was truly heartbreaking, and hearing Rose’s voice say, "We will arrive shortly" felt so authentically Sakuya. I really felt the brilliance of Kōhei Amasaki's acting there. Also, I couldn't help but laugh at Charles's clone looking younger while his robot form still kept its beard and neck scarf—it was such a cute detail. The final episode is finally next week! I can't look away as we see how this overwhelming sense of despair resolves until the very end.
