Everyone's Reactions

Tanjiro wakes up with rage after his family was insulted, and that scene never fails to tug at your heartstrings. I bet a lot of people were watching with clenched hands, silently yelling "Don't you dare!" in their heads. But there are also some voices saying how the gentle light hidden within them brings tears to their eyes. Even the young man with tuberculosis who cries without breaking down completely seems to hold onto that kindness, which is really impressive. I really love Zenitsu's line about only Nezuko being able to enter his pitch-black darkness. Knowing that it’s a space where Nezuko can exist as she truly is—a demon—makes me feel like they’re two fated souls saving each other. Also, I like how the anime version shows the little people voluntarily following the young man. In the manga, it seemed more like he grabbed them on the spur of the moment, but this version feels quieter and gentler. I read someone saying they were captivated by Tanjiro’s BGM as he faced things alone, and it made me realize that scene is truly special. I’m looking forward to next episode’s "Forward!" too.
