Wanted her dad's approval... but Rengoku’s gentle support for his brother completely broke me down.

So glad I got to rewatch the Mugen Train arc! Heard episode 4 is titled "Insult," and I can’t wait to see it. Even though Rengoku knew his father had changed, he still walked his own path, and seeing him stay by Chiyomaru’s side so he wouldn’t feel that loneliness again was just so touching. His heart is so strong yet so poignant. It wasn’t just about being hot-blooded; it was about respecting someone who lived carrying the quiet desire to be acknowledged. Lots of people mentioned that Muita’s scene, where he clings on crying "Big brother, don’t leave me behind," hits the hardest during the dream sequence, and I totally get it. There are even posts saying they sob every time at that part—I feel like I won’t be able to hold back when I hear that voice. Also, I saw someone say how cute it is that Nezuko grabs Tanjiro’s hand while he’s sleeping and makes him pat her head; just imagining that scene is so healing. And the take on Yuzuru’s Blood Demon Art—that it wasn’t his family holding him back, but Yuzuru himself designing it so he wouldn’t have to wake up—was something I hadn’t considered before, but it totally makes sense.
