Giyuu’s ‘Eleventh Form: Stillness’ was perfect—his quiet, steady slaying of Rui suited his personality so well and looked incredibly cool. A birthday illustration was also released, letting us feel the Hashira’s strength while also highlighting the gap between them and the Lower Moons. Shinobu’s ‘The moon is beautiful’ and her slightly unnatural smile look even more poignant when rewatched with the foreshadowing in mind. I’m curious how Murata got home after his clothes melted, but Rui’s version of ‘family’ was both warm and heartbreaking. Next up is the Discipline Violation Arc—I’m excited to see how Tanjiro and the others grow!
