Sano is a bit slow to realize Ruki is a girl, but that moment at the cafe when he finally says 'I like you' is so touching, and his shy face is just irresistible. It’s funny that Ruki thinks he’s still undercover, but you can feel the tension that he might have to drop out if his identity gets out. Even the gesture of handing over the steamed buns feels so endearing. I’m also curious about Nakatsu’s quiet reaction and Yugeiro’s screen time. The episode title, 'It’ll be okay, right?', fits the two of them perfectly. I can’t wait to see if Julia’s one-liner breaks Sano’s 'deaf skill' or if he’ll just brush it off again. With Ruki’s identity and Sano’s feelings still in flux, this is definitely a storyline that makes you want to keep cheering for them.
