The ending theme "DAYS!" aired for the first time, and knowing that Sumiki wrote the lyrics and composed the music makes it even more endearing. The dynamic between Sakasho and Kasumi is so lovely that the term 'practically a yuri taijitu' fits perfectly—they're just that cute. Despite some confusion over scheduling conflicts and rushing off, the strongest-core director and the shyly dressed circus members shine brightly. Even though the visuals are still in black and white, you can feel the passion. I'm excited to see the Lotus Blossom come to fruition, and I'm curious what new characters and events are waiting for us next. This was a wonderful second episode that feels like it'll continue with this warm atmosphere.
