Hirose's terrified face is just too cute! The spooky vibe of curses and the occult, paired with the ED's 'Museum of Wax Figures,' is absolutely top-tier!
Episode 7's 'School Ghost Story' hits all the right tropes but still manages to be hilarious. You just want to yell, 'Turn on the lights!' at the sheer carelessness of it all, and the eerie presence from under the bed feels so real that Hirose's fear becomes endearing. And then there's Seikima-II's 'Museum of Wax Figures' in the ED. Who would've thought we'd be listening to this in the Reiwa era? It matches the ghost story atmosphere perfectly, and I'm loving how the ending theme changes every week. The scenes of the two of them being blissfully happy, plus that slightly homoerotic moment where the teacher gets hugged from behind, are just irresistible. It makes me count down the days until next week. The voice actors' handwritten script campaign is a nice bonus, but what really stands out is how smoothly Nakamura-kun and the others' daily life blends with the ghost stories. I definitely won't miss next week's ED!
