Episode 4

Everyone's Reactions

The ritual to become Super Saiyan God is depicted so divinely that it gives me goosebumps every time I watch it. Since Toriyama's original design was slimmer, Goku has a totally different vibe compared to before, and I really like it. The rock-paper-scissors segment felt a bit long and made me chuckle, but Krillin's versatility in the scenes around it is also pretty impressive. Also, did you notice that the Mario Kart set disappeared? I was also intrigued by the details, like how the prophetic visions overlapped and the fact that one person was missing. The preview already tells us that next time will feature a showdown between Super Saiyan God Goku and Beerus, the God of Destruction, but I can't wait to see how it plays out in the actual episode. It was also great that the live version of 'Perfect Pek' was released. Hearing Bikke Blanka's voice adds another layer of emotion that really hits you.
