Episode 2
The first battle on King Kai's planet had animation quality that gave me goosebumps! The Super Saiyan 3 transformation felt even more intense than the Gods of Destruction... it was so hot!

The Super Saiyan 3 transformation looked amazing, with a huge boost in animation quality that really got my heart racing. Some posts mentioned how stable and reminiscent of old Z it felt, proving that no matter how much time passes, it still gets the blood pumping. In the 2015 version, they went straight from Super Saiyan 1 to Super Saiyan 3, but this time the flow is different: they fight a round as Super Saiyan 1 first before transforming into Super Saiyan 3. I'm curious about how this structural change plays out. It seems they've condensed episodes 3 through 5 from the original series, which reduces scene transitions and makes it easier to follow, with great pacing. First-time viewers might find it a bit jarring at first, but if you know the story, it flows so smoothly it feels good. I was happy they included homage scenes, and the official site has updated character info too. I'm excited to see what surprises are waiting for us next week.
