Final episode, THE END 2... It's over. Watching it in real-time really tugs at your heartstrings. The original scene where Captain Kyoraku chats with a younger Captain Ukitake in the Soul World feels so perfect for these two, even though it's not from the manga. Seeing them pass the torch made me tear up a bit. And then there's Lady Halibel! She was captured early on in the manga and faded out, but here she teams up with Neliel to take on Yhwach... Just seeing this original alliance of Shinigami, Quincies, and Hollows gave me major goosebumps. Ishida's Complete Reverse Getsugon not only rewrites the future but also overwrites the future altered by Yhwach's Almighty! It's peak conceptual battle territory; my brain couldn't keep up. That giant arrow scene? I heard they handled the effects in-camera, and it totally explains the cinematic power behind it.
