The ominous vibe from the "Please Don't Look" note and the special OP really hit home, with the sibling banter and Yuzuru's back leaving a lasting impression!
The "Please Don't Look" note left in the living room seemed like just a simple runaway at first, but it turns out Yuzuru had deep love for Roku and the whole family, which totally broke my tear ducts. The OP change hinted at the arrival of past heads of the household, which was super interesting, and I was surprised all over again by how strong Yuzuru actually is. The scenes with the siblings playing cat's cradle and the family photos really captured their sorrow and sense of duty, leaving me feeling warm yet a bit melancholic. With the first half kicking off and only two episodes left, it looks like the whole family will be rushing to the scene, so I'm excited for the final showdown. Yuzuru went out on her own, ignoring the note, but she was thinking of her family all along. I wonder if she'll keep up the good work in the next episode.
