Taro-chan makes another appearance, and what a pleasant surprise to find out this was actually a prequel to the very first episode! Since it’s Episode Zero, we get to see how things were back during the traffic safety class, which is super cozy. But I can’t help but worry if Ohsan will ever truly let go of Taro-chan. Their tangled-up relationship has become so intertwined that he’s getting called out as a total 'old fogey,' which is honestly hilarious. Hatanaka-san wanting to try ventriloquism on her own was adorable, and the ninja solution felt clean and satisfying. I’ve been wondering what happened to the Eye Man’s story, so I’m feeling relieved and excited for the next episode. I have a feeling Taro-chan will drag him back into her orbit again, but I can’t wait!
