From the cute, thin-book-style intro to the heart-pounding stream of victims, it’s a lingering mix of moe and horror!
I thought 'Pumpkin Field' sounded cute just by the title, but finding out it was actually a field of corpses made me chuckle. I’m so glad the price was just an old lady’s teeth; if it had been something else, it would’ve been way worse. I loved the vibe of the thin-book-style intro, and the ED, which might be the best of this season, was so touching it brought tears to my eyes. Tsuda’s appearance was a nice surprise too, and the pumpkin ending mark is adorable, making me look forward to the next one. Overall, it’s heartwarming yet still has that creepy feel, so I’ll probably watch it again.
