Franky and Reepie finally reach the science facility, which was already getting lots of love in the high-rated posts, but the monster closing in from behind keeps you on the edge of your seat. The heartwarming sight of Colonel and Brook's reactions are great, and the composition of the kids tumbling off the cliff looks like it's going to be even more intense in the anime. It's got the raw power you'd expect from the crew that decimated the Kid Pirates, and the fact that the captains are a bit too drunk adds a nice flavor to it. Plus, with the Digimon OP playing, nostalgia is rising, and the CG quality feels like it's taken a huge step forward. I'm excited to see what's waiting for them inside the facility and how they'll handle the monster!
