Kano-chan made her debut, and her smooth, seasoned breakthrough through security was super cool. Since we know her Item from Toaru Kagaku no Railgun S, I'm curious about how she'll be handled—it feels like a nice foreshadowing that gives me butterflies. I was a bit surprised by the idea of using liquid metal as part of the demon's costume. That material seems like it could have so many other uses, so I wonder why they chose that specific shape. Watching the rookie get dragged into something huge on her very first day made me worry for her. But it looks like she would've died without Kinugawa around, so it's good she got help. Next week's title, 'Kosaki Mitori (Liquid Shadow)', seems connected to the liquid metal. Kosaki also made a brief appearance, so I won't be able to look away next week either.
