Granbell's shrewd tactics and the fateful connection between Leon, Rimuru, and Shizuku are animated so beautifully that you just naturally start smiling while watching. The moment the barrier breaks is incredibly moving, with the book's imagery coming to life, but Minimos is just too cute! I'd love to see gachapon goods for him. It's also adorable to see Diablos praising Rimuru only to be brushed off, and I enjoyed noticing the vocal similarities between Sakurai and Ishida. With so many strong characters gathering, I can't take my eyes off what's coming next in 'Death and Disappearance.' It feels like the Western Disturbance is finally wrapping up, so I'm getting a good vibe for a nice weekend.
