Everyone's Reactions

"Parting is sweet smiles," they say, but with Stefan disappearing, I couldn't help but feel my heart squeeze even though she managed to send him off with a smile. Fran was in a tight spot facing a 91% death rate, but thanks to her master and the announcer helping her evolve, she barely made it out of the floating island—what a relief. Still, it’s bittersweet that while Jean survives, Stefan is gone; there's a certain heaviness borne only by those left behind. I'm glad we’ll finally get some downtime in the port town of Daze next week with fishing and gourmet treats, but we shouldn't let our guard down—the Dark Slave Merchant clan from the Blue Cat tribe has already shown up. The PV hints at turmoil over the throne and conspiracies surrounding the Divine Sword, so the Seedran arc is looking more and more exciting!
