Just thinking about being in charge of keeping the Princess Dragon happy makes me feel exhausted already. But seeing her enjoy the food so much, I totally get why her stomach is now firmly held captive. When it was revealed that the condition was tempura made from a hellish catfish, people were like, "Wait, you can eat catfish?" but then someone else chimed in saying they could smell the unagi (grilled eel) aroma coming through the TV. It’s clear she’s making decisions purely based on appetite (lol). The way she served up lap sandwiches, soft-boiled eggs, hand-pressed sushi, and even hot pots really got everyone excited. It’s so satisfying to watch the Saintess’s cooking skills level up. Once your palate gets refined, there’s no going back! I totally resonated with that tweet about deciding dinner based on episode 9’s dishes but then running away to simple rice with raw egg because everything else was too high-level. Since she’s serving not just tempura but also hot pots and sushi, recreating them at home must be quite a challenge. I’m looking forward to seeing where they go next in the camper van, and after seeing Chapman’s end card, I really love the travel vibe even more.
