The sudden appearance of famous scientists and Edison gushing over Tesla is just too cute! The raw power of the manga leaps off the screen, completely overcoming the CG vs. animation gap!
Tesla shows up in her powered suit, and Edison’s over-the-top joy is just adorable. You can really feel how much the production team loves Tesla. I was a bit worried about the difference between the CG and the traditional animation, but the manga’s intense scenes came through perfectly, keeping me on the edge of my seat. I’m also looking forward to seeing Beelzebub, who’s basically treated like a god, and the new scientists in action. You won’t want to look away from what’s coming next. The steady stream of scientists joining the fray is definitely one of this series’ biggest charms.
