I heard that the scene where everyone enjoys snacks is the first time we’ve seen the whole group together since the opening, and it just tugs at your heartstrings. Everyone is such a good person, it makes you appreciate the friends around you even more. Hirai’s words really get to you. You want to point out his flaws, but you can’t help but feel for him—it’s almost suffocating watching it unfold. Still, it’s so reassuring to see Dong brighten up after realizing something important. The atmosphere in that scene where Nabe and Satou walk home together is perfect; 'nameless charm' describes it well. You might worry about whether the thing Nabe is holding tastes bad, but you end up loving it anyway. I want to see more of Morimo swooping up the Yeti and his interactions with Mini, but they only get a little screen time each episode, which feels like a waste. And yet, it ends on a slightly ominous note. With Taira-zuma’s arrival getting closer, I’m so excited to see what happens next.
