I saw someone write that it jumped straight into the climax and had a satisfying title reveal, and I totally agreed! Thunder 3 is finally moving seriously against the alien. I get why everyone's cheering for Small 3; after all that waiting, we really wanted to see them fight properly this week. They even measured out 100 billion Gyors of energy, and it’s always amazing how much scale there is in this world—just a little poke and things don’t explode! The Twin cast member mentioned how their familiar neighborhood got wrecked, which made me feel a bit sad seeing the commercial facilities and tracks get trashed. I also loved the comment about the leaves being tough. And with Mr. Tashida appearing in next week’s preview, let’s hope he’s okay! I can’t wait for the September 30th episode.
