Kyosei's crossdressing is so cute, and I'm totally won over by his steady, step-by-step climb from F-Rank!
Episode 5 ended with the twist that Kyosei was crossdressing all along, and it genuinely surprised me! He looked so natural from the start that even though he knew it, I still got fooled. It was also great to see Takao Amagiku appear. Watching him steadily take on F-Rank requests and earn his keep makes him feel surprisingly reliable. The ED was delightfully lewd, and it was fun to see the boyish Kyosei almost getting devoured by the thief beast-girl. The sudden muscle-off between Claude and Bal-san, plus the vibe of the tavern filled with half-naked mohawked folks, really capture that unique charm of this anime. Even though the voice acting and direction can feel a bit heavy-handed at times, I still find it enjoyable. I think it's because, just like his name suggests with the '(provisional)', Kyosei is still growing and has so much potential ahead. I'll definitely keep supporting him!
