Episode 8
Tenji-san’s peak-era, shyly-flustered charm and the losing heroine’s supernova-like burst of brilliance!
Everyone's Reactions
Tenji-san’s stock is soaring so high that Hinata’s shadow is getting a bit thin, which is a little bittersweet, but I actually find that dynamic really refreshing and lovely. Her inability to say "help me" because she’s such a perfectionist, and her tendency to explode with emotion like a sudden kettle, are just so endearing. When she was presented with the challenge letter and made to promise not to reveal her secret, I couldn’t help but think, "Tenji-Mika route is basically locked in!" My expectations are swelling up. The protagonist’s struggle with her "guilty secret" is also intriguing—how will it resolve without breaking her perfect facade? I’m really looking forward to next week’s developments. True to the title, this episode was all about the interplay between true feelings and outward appearances. Let’s keep watching next week!
