The preview of Mega Rayquaza soaring through the sky has everyone hyped! The special episode’s free-spirited vibe, featuring Lucario’s sleeping face and Navii’s main story footage, is just delightful.
The news broke that Mega Rayquaza was showing up, but I actually found the special episode more entertaining because of the Pokémon just chilling and doing their own thing rather than just a recap. Navii is handling both the narration and the main footage, and her role as Majeur’s assistant feels fresh. Seeing Lucario sleeping soundly and Nymphia getting teary-eyed as her evolved form gets eaten is just so cute and relaxed. There’s been a lot of sponsor spots and detective elements this year, but the 'Aa-non' OP and ED rolling in gave it that cozy, special-episode feel. Anyway, back to the main story, Mega Rayquaza’s appearance has everyone buzzing with excitement.
