Manatsu might be acting a bit crazy, but she's actually such a good kid, and her overwhelming love for Harugon makes it totally clear why she's become my favorite character. I also love how she doesn't hide her inner kaiju-otaku side—it's so heartwarming to watch. When "Otome no Honki" played during the ED, I couldn't help but get hyped, and the non-credit visuals were super cool alongside the OP. Her signature gestures when she gets emotional, plus her unexpectedly quirky censorship habits, are really fun to watch. Plus, her pajama transformation scene was so cute I didn't even know where to start pointing out all the adorable details. I hope the next episode continues to showcase Manatsu's pure feelings for Harugon and the daily lives of the kaiju!
