Epic chicken battles with explosive techniques, plus the hot chemistry between Elizabeth and Keiji, keeps the hype rolling!
Right after they crossed the mountain while bleeding, the techniques landed with such a Dragon Ball-esque flair that I started doubting if they were really chickens! While Elizabeth was having a blast, I couldn't help but get curious about her past with Keiji and her connection to the guy from the last group date—the human drama is pretty compelling too. As the chickens clash daily with Tenko and the Mountain God, I’m really hoping for Morio, the gentle but now feral oni-juu, to survive. The OP’s DARUMA Rollin’-chan live info was a nice bonus, but I’m most excited for the upcoming showdown with the potential final boss. The title of Episode 8, 'Tile Chicken, Pottery Dog,' is lovely, and I can’t look away as I wonder how all the animal battles will wrap up.
