Episode 12, "Electric Brain," sounds like it’s all about CPUs, but I was surprised to see the plot swing from science into the occult. It’s great that Kihachi and Mitsune are now tackling their business side-by-side, but when Mitsune calls him "Kihachiku~n" and both of them blush, you can’t help but ask, "Why are they being so cute?" With the gap between a tech guy and a businessman closing in on them, things are definitely getting a bit dangerous. For a sci-fi anime, it’s wild how quickly it pivots to comedy with head-shaking moments and even wedding dresses! Inako’s sake brewing is also underway, so they’re way busier than just Level 3 status. Why is everything heading in such a weird direction?...
