Tokiyori's expressive face and Yoritsugu's charming demeanor were just so appealing. Even amidst the intense three-day battle, that satisfying 'snap' sound of the hair tie was a treat for manga fans. Hearing that Yoritsugu's VA is Yumiko Kobayashi, I totally get why her angry and crying voices remind me of Pippo! Yorishige's youthful looks, despite his age, were also endearing, and as the comedy elements played out, each character's resolve slowly but surely came through. I'm looking forward to the next episode, but this one was just a really heartwarming and satisfying watch.
