Toki and the Three Great Generals push forward with intense energy, and the live-action and forging sequences add a great boost to the thickening plot!
With Minano, Nitsuu, and Mochizuki all showing up, Toki-kun's world is getting way more intense. His cute, almost mating-call reaction to Shizuku-chan had me chuckling, and his virgin declaration was a fun moment. The surprise live-action cuts and the forging references were entertaining, though there were a few times where the weird presentation felt a bit much. Looks like next episode's sports broadcast will shift the timeline, so I'm excited to see more of Toki-kun's growth and his bond with his retainers. The ED illustration was super fluffy and cute too—can't look away from next week's episode!
