Carolina, exiled due to a political marriage, reunites with Prince Edward at the border. Seeing her in the carriage, her cute vulnerability from motion sickness really wins everyone over. She saves Colette from the bandits like a true saint, but her unconscious buffs are so powerful that her true strength might be even more insane than we thought. The idea that if guns exist in this world, missiles might too is pretty cool. The gap between her using a bow and being the strongest backline is just perfect. I was like, "Isn't that a bit off-topic?" when the plot suddenly shifts back to lectures, but that quirky, unpredictable charm is exactly what makes this anime so fun. With her妃 (consort) training starting, it'll be great to see how the once-rebellious girl has grown.
