Episode 1215

Everyone's Reactions

I was totally blown away that Kazuha's mom turned out to be from the Osaka Prefectural Police's Gun Countermeasure Unit, especially with it being revealed in the 30th year of serialization! Moments like this really get the blood pumping for us manga readers. The interactions within the Osaka police group are just top-tier. They go from "In the Showa era, we'd just punch through problems" to "Well, I guess it's fine now that it's Reiwa," balancing compliance with that authentic Osaka vibe in a way that makes you laugh. Within just a minute, the plot hits us with a wave of developments, giving this episode one of the fastest paces we've seen lately. With two people having passed away and the atmosphere still fresh, plus the fact that the culprit is treating the bodies like toys, I'm almost scared but so excited to see who the killer really is next week. The Next Conan's Hint says "Observation Deck," and just imagining what's there gets my heart racing. Knowing there are people out there waking up every Saturday morning with love for Detective Conan makes me feel like our little world is all connected. It's nice.
