Episode 2

Everyone's Reactions

It was such a surprise to find out that the giant squirrel girl was actually the cause of the matchmaking curse! And the fact that she doesn't even stir when held means she's completely ditched her wild side. It's so healing to watch the princess hold the spotlight while disguised as a 'shy girl.' Also, for Kansai folks, hearing 'Shigarami-kun' sound just like 'Sangaria-kun' is such a relatable quirk! Even though her name is a bit confusing because she says she's not sleepy, the fact that her subtitle color matches the protagonist's hints at her high importance. Justis has a sharp tongue but seems to care about others, and I really liked that dynamic between them. Next episode features the semi-finals of the elimination tournament, with Eleonora going head-to-head in a swordsmanship duel. It'll be fun to see who we root for!
