Elicia's 'Spirit Quintet' dealt a huge wound to the Miasma Dragon Basilista, but it looks like he's not quite defeated yet, leaving us on the edge of our seats. Rudo, stepping up as the successor, is so cool to watch as he absorbs mana and unleashes his ultimate move—you can really feel his resolve. The hand-holding during the battle and the way he eats his properly cooked monster prey are adorable, striking the perfect balance between sweet and not too cheesy. It was also a fun discovery that the OP lyrics connect to the miasma theme in the story, and it's so healing to see all the fairies being their usual tsundere selves. Looking forward to the next episode's hunt! We can't take our eyes off Rudo's growth and what happens to Basilista.
