I actually cried during the finale. It really was 'the best,' and it’s hard to believe it’s already over. What I loved most was seeing Nanoha living her normal life as a middle schooler at the end. That quiet time where she wasn’t a Magical Girl, just a regular kid—it was so precious. It was a bit of a bummer that the final opponent was the Will-less Tree, but the way she got absorbed into it felt so fleeting and beautiful. I kind of wished we’d seen her Third Form though. But good news: Volume 4 of the manga drops in February next year! Towa is on the cover, and EXGV’s story will be woven in. Knowing there’s more to come is such a relief. And hearing that song between Shina and Setsuna at the end brought back their relationship and got my heart racing. The staff’s fan art of Shina and Towa was cute too—it felt like everyone gave it their all.
