Episode 16

Everyone's Reactions

Lily-chan’s complaint that her "wanting to get better at cooking" doesn’t mean ingredients are going berserk was spot on. The way the cooking stream turns into a battle stream as they get attacked by a giant crab is just perfect for Piro Magic’s style of misinterpretation. With Mipon Cannons and multi-tube missiles flying everywhere, someone even joked that the first CM being about "Mipon" was so funny. I thought the same—if Mitsukan is collaborating, they could’ve just used the name as-is! A no-holds-barred crab battle PV for Sabagebu! has been released, and I couldn’t stop rewatching the image of Kamo, Uguisu, Azuki, and everyone else gathered around the nabe pot. The gap between "The crab is scary...!" and "Looks delicious~" is just too cute. We also saw the first double transformation bank, and the announcement that the new group is evolving into a five-member lineup has been hailed as the best ever. I’m wondering if Asahi-chan’s debut will follow in this momentum. Touko’s parents made their first appearance, and it seems like they come from a rather proper family. It was an episode full of little details to enjoy!
