You keep walking but can't escape the infinite apartment complex, and the website is so terrifying it feels like your legs might give out just from watching. MOMO's voice is so lifeless that it doubles the horror, making you feel so bad for the people being controlled. Thinking about how Jimmy's stolen phone will be key later on, those statements by the cat—"definitely erase" and "miserable forever"—suddenly carry more weight. This episode also had that vibe of an episode from "Tales of the Unusual," even though the human-faced dog didn't make an appearance. Sachi is so saintly; seeing her be such a good person in this scary story makes you want to cry too. With both the OP and ED featuring songs by Sugashikao, I felt like the world-building was really cohesive.
